摘    要:提出一种基于FBG(Fiber Bragg Grating)光纤光栅传感器来实现温度、压力和加速度多参数同时测量的系统设计。采用在等强度悬臂梁上、下两表面对称放置两个FBG传感器,解决了加速度,温度和压力的相互影响问题;同时借镀层技术提高了FBG传感器的灵敏度。实验表明,三个参数能被精确、同时和实时测量,并且FBG传感器的灵敏度也提高了5~10倍。

Abstract:A multi-parameters simultaneous measurement system based on Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG) which can detect the temperature,the pressure and the acceleration was presented.Two FBG sensors were layed symmetrically in the two-side of the triangle cantilever beam.It solve the cross effect of acceleration,temperature and pressure.Besides,the material-coated technique was used to increase the sensitivity of FBG sensor.As indicated by the experiment,the three parameters can be measured in accuracy and real-time,and the FBG sensitivities can be increased 5~10 times.
