基于APDL语言的钻床立柱结构分析与优化

摘    要:利用APDL语言对立式钻床立柱进行参数化建模,并对模型进行有限元静态分析和模态分析,给出分析后的应力图形和模态振型。依据分析结果,找到影响立柱动静态特性的主要因素,再结合ANSYS优化理论对结构进行合理的优化,并对优化结果进行验证。

Abstract:APDL language has been used of upright drill pillar for Parametric Modeling,and to accomplish finite element model of static analysis and modal analysis,given the stress analysis of the graphics mode and vibration mode. Based on the results of the analysis,to find effects of static and dynamic properties of the pillar of the main factors,and combine with ANSYS to optimize the structure of the theory of rational optimization,and optimization to verify the results.
