摘    要:早期加热炉内的燃烧情况通常依靠操作人员经验判断,不但增加了工作强度,而且存在安全隐患.针对该问题,介绍了基于机器视觉技术的加热炉视频监控系统,该系统配有相应软件及硬件,能够实现远程监控火焰燃烧情况.该系统运行至今,基本能够满足加热炉内燃烧情况的监控要求.

Abstract:The combustion situation of heating furnace usually depends on the experience of personnel in the early,which not only increases the work intensity,but also has potential safety hazards.In order to solve this problem,the video monitoring system of heating furnace based on machine vision technology is introduced.The system is equipped with corresponding software and hardware,which can realize remote monitoring of flame combustion.The system can basically meet the monitoring requirements of combustion in the heating furnace.
