葫芦素煤矿21405运输巷支护参数优化及快速掘进研究

摘    要:针对葫芦素煤矿煤巷掘进效率低的问题,以21405工作面运输巷为对象,基于顶板连续梁控制理论和高预紧长锚固技术,对巷道原支护方案进行了改进,采用单一柔性大锚杆支护、并将锚杆排距增加为1.5 m,巷道掘进平均日进尺达到25.3 m,最大日进尺达到31.5 m,实现了煤巷的安全高效快速掘进。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low driving efficiency of coal roadway in Hulusu Coal Mine,based on the control theory of roof continuous beam and high pre-tight long anchor technology,the original support scheme of roadway is improved,taking the transportation roadway of 21405 working face as the object,using single flexible large bolt support and increasing bolt row distance to 1.5 m,the average daily advance of roadway driving is 25.3 m,and the maximum daily advance is 31.5 m,which realizes the safe,efficient and fast driving of coal roadway.
