基于COSMOS/Works的破碎机主轴有限元分析

摘    要:针对锤式破碎机转子的结构,对其主轴受力状况进行了理论分析,运用有限元分析软件COSMOS/Works进行了静力分析,得出主轴在载荷作用下的应力和变形分布规律。根据分析结果,对破碎机主轴进行了优化设计和再分析。分析结果表明,所设计的主轴完全满足其强度、刚度和稳定性要求,同时该方法为其他机械产品优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract:According to the structure of the rotor of the hammer crusher,the loadings state of the crusher spindle is theoretically analysed.Through the static analysis conducted by COSMOS/Works software,the stress state and the distortion distribution law of the crusher spindle under loadings are obtained.Based on the analysis results,optimization design and reanalysis of the crusher spindle are carried out.The analysis results show that the design of the spindle fully meets its strength,stiffness and stability requi...
