汽油蒸气压计算机先进控制系统的开发

摘    要:介绍了采用先进的控制方法,利用在线仪表和计算机实现催化裂化汽油蒸气压在线闭环控制。该系统投用后,取得了良好的工业运行效果,能优化平稳控制产品质量,使蒸气压波动范围下降到2kPa以下,提高了催化裂化汽油的收率和馏出口合格率,取得了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:The on-line clooed loop control of FCC gasoline vapor pressure by using on-line instruments, computerand advanced control method was introduced. Satisfactory industrial operation result was achieved. The productquality was controlled smoohly, and the turbulence of vapor pressure was decreased to less than 2 kPa. Both yield ofFCC gasoline and qualified distillate ratio of product were enhanced.
