摘    要:用工业生产中的统计数据阐明锌焙烧料中的主要杂质Cu,Cd,As,Sb在黄钾铁矾法炼锌过程中的分布规律。生产数据表明,90%以上的Cu和Cd进入净化渣,75%左右的As和Sb进入矾渣,所得电锌一级品率大于95%。

Abstract:In this paper the distributions of the main element impurities Cu, Cd, As, and Sb in the zinc calcines are examined when the jarosite process is used for zinc refining. The statistical data from electrolytic zinc production run showed that over 90 percent of Cu and Cd were concentrated on the purification residue and about 75 percent of As and Sb on the jarosite.Of the overall electrolytic zinc output Grade A accounts for 95 percent.
