基于有限元法的隔离开关热稳定性仿真分析

摘    要:
隔离开关在实际运行中由于电阻损耗发热而温度升高,甚至超过允许温升,从而影响其工作性能。为了保证其工作的安全性和可靠性,建立了二维有限元分析模型,对隔离开关的进行热电耦合仿真分析。试验结果验证了仿真方法的准确性。该方法可为产品设计提供参考,并为提高隔离开关可靠运行提供理论依据。

Abstract:
Working performance of switch-disconnect was affected by maximum permissible temperature exceeding which was caused by the heat loss of resistance.2-D finite element analysis model of switch-disconnect was established.It was used for electrical-thermal coupled field simulation analysis for ensuring its safety and reliability.The accuracy of the simulation method was verified with the experimental results.The analysis theory was of academic and practical value for reliability design of switch-disconnect.
