镍基单晶高温合金相界与界面位错的相互作用

摘    要:本文通过在透射电子显微镜(TEM)中应用原位加热台,对镍基单晶高温合金进行了变温加热,观察研究了γ/γ′相界面与界面位错的相互作用.发现相界面迁移过程中不改变界面位错网络的位错密度,只会改变位错网络形态.研究发现界面位错的弹性应力场能够阻碍γ′相长大,使界面产生向γ′相凹进的凹槽.

Abstract:In situ study on the interaction betweenγ/γ′phase boundary and interfacial dislocations in nickel based single crystalline superalloy in a transmission electron microscope ( TEM) was carried out on a heating holder. The results obtained during heating and cooling process indicated that migration of phase boundary can change the location and shape of the interfacial dislocations but has no effects on its density. In addition, the growth of γ′phase could be hindered by the elastic field of interfacial dislocations. This would result in a different growth rate of the γ′precipitate and grooves on the phase boundary.
