摘    要:通过一例冲洗主变残油,研制和开发残油冲洗车,成功地将某超高压主变油介质用进口油换成用国产油;经模拟新油换入后的吸附过程,并作吸附前后T501含量变化试验,发现XD(R)基本不吸附T501抗氧化剂,吸附后油烃组成没有变化;进行了换油后的吸附,进一步对线圈内残油进行了充分置换;分析了换油前后变压器油介损变化的情况,得出用该...

Abstract:This article introduced the development of the oil residue flushing vehicle, it can help change the foreign products of extra-high voltage main-transformer oil with domestic products; by simulating the absorbing process of the new oil and measuring the change of the T501 content, found XD® absorbent basically did not absorb T501 antioxidant, and the components of the hydrocarbon oil did not change; the absorption after oil-change further refreshed the oil residue in the coil; analysed the change of dielectric loss of the transformer before and after changing oil, drew the conclusion that by using the oil residue flushing vehicle plus the XD® absorbent could keep the stability of all performances of transformer oil after oil-change. .
