白莲崖水库泄洪设施泄流能力分析研究

摘    要:经实际运行观测分析,白莲崖水库实际泄流能力较原设计“水位 - 开度 - 流量关系曲线”计算值存在系统性偏小现象,对白莲崖水库防洪安全和水库群联合调度产生较大影响。本文利用 1:50 的整体水工模型试验成果及实测资料,研究分析了白莲崖水库泄洪设施在不同调度运行方式下的泄流能力。结果表明泄流能力系统性偏小的主要原因是泄洪孔口局部开启泄洪时设计泄流能力计算未考虑弧形闸门水流垂向收缩的影响,造成流量系数设计取值偏大。通过模型试验,提出了修正后的“水位 - 开度 - 流量关系曲线”,为后期重新制定水库调度运用方案提供依据。

Abstract:Based on actual operational observations and analysis, there is a systematic underestimationof the actual discharge capacity of the Bailianya Reservoir compared to the calculated values based onthe "water level-opening-flow rate relationship curve" in the original design. This phenomenon hassignificant implications for flood safety at the Bailianya Reservoir and the coordinated scheduling ofreservoir operations within the reservoir network.This paper employed the outcomes of hydraulic modeltests at a 1:50 scale and actual measurement data to investigate and analyzed the discharge capacityof the flood discharge facilities at the Bailianya Reservoir under various operational modes.The results indicated that the main reason for the systematic underestimation of the discharge capacity wasthe failure to account for the vertical contraction of the water flow caused by the partial opening ofthe flood gates when calculating the discharge capacity during localized flood discharge. This oversight led to an overestimation of the flow coefficient in the design.Through model experiments, thispaper presented a revised "water level-opening-flow rate relationship curve", which served as a basisfor revising reservoir operational strategies in the future.
