摘    要:
介绍了一种采用TOP247Y芯片设计的多路隔离输出开关电源。在阐述其工作原理的基础上给出了利用PI Transformer Designer软件设计变压器的方法,完成了多路隔离输出开关电源的设计,并完成了样机制作,其结构简单,操作方便。实验结果表明:该电源动态性能良好,稳定性高,可用作IPM模块的专用驱动电源以及其他外围电路工作电源。文中提供了一种高效、快捷、灵活的电源设计方案。

Abstract:
This paper presents the design process of a switching mode power supply(SMPS) with multiple isolated out- puts based on TOP247Y. The basic principle of SMPS is presented and a method for transformer design by using PI transformer designer software is given. After the total design of the SMPS a prototype is developed, which has simple structure and is easy to operate. Finally, results show that the SMPS has a number of advantages such as good dynamic performace and high stability. It can be used as the special driving power supply for IPM and other. An efficient, fast, flexible design for power supply is provided in this paper.
