乳腺叶状肿瘤66例临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨乳腺叶状肿瘤复发、转移因素,为术式的选择提供帮助。方法回顾性分析解放军总医院1998年1月-2009年10月间经手术并经病理诊断的66例乳腺叶状肿瘤的临床病理资料,分析其诊断治疗情况。结果66例中,恶性11例,交界性3例,良性52例。初次手术即在我院者57例,随访39例,6例局部复发(15.4%),其中良性2例,交界性1例,恶性3例。复发后来我院诊治9例,随诊7例,再次复发4例(57.1%)。因肺转移死亡3例,均为多次局部复发的恶性叶状肿瘤患者。结论再次局部扩大切除术后仍复发的良性病例,及初次复发的恶性病例,应尽早行乳腺切除术。

Abstract:Objective To study the recurrence of pyllode tumor(PT) of breast and its metastatic factors and surgical procedure. Methods Diagnosis and treatment of 66 PT patients who underwent operation in our hospital in January 1998-October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed based on their clinical and pathological data.
