| 摘 要： | 鞋类产品的橡胶材料中的N-亚硝基胺经甲醇提取,提取液浓缩后经C18小柱净化,气质联用法测定样液中的N-亚硝基胺含量。方法灵敏度高,回收率及精密度均较满意,可应用于鞋类橡胶材料中N-亚硝基胺的检测。

| Abstract: | The N-nitrosamines in rubber materials of shoes are extracted by alcohol,and then the sample solution is concentrated and then cleaned by C18 column.GC-MS was used to detect the content.The method has good sensitivity,high recovery,and good precise,and can be used to detect the N-nitrosamines in rubber materials of shoes. |
