难选金矿石的细菌浸出

摘    要:
对金呈细粒浸染状嵌布的含砷、含铜难选金矿石进行了细菌脱砷、脱硫、脱铜的试验研究。生物浸渣由氰化或硫脲浸出,金的浸出率达87%以上。研究了影响细菌生长、浸出的各种有关因素及由此引起的金属溶解现象,为细菌浸出在工业上应用提供了技术参考。

Abstract:
In this paper,the experimental studies of removing arsenic,sulfur and copper from disseminated fine-grained gold ore by way of bacterial leaching were made.Through cyanide or thiourea leaching of bio-leach residue, the sold leaching rate came to over 89%.Besides, the related factors influencing bacterial growth, leaching opreation and the phenomenon of metal dissolution arising therefrom were studied too. This offered technical reference for the commercial application of bacterial leaching.
