摘    要:考察了几种抽提剂对催化裂化柴油的精制效果。结果表明 ,选用糠醛加金属离子为第一络合萃取剂 ,95 %乙醇为第二萃取剂的双溶剂抽提法效果最好。催速安定性沉渣量由 114.5 6mg/ 10 0mL减少至 0 .43mg/10 0mL ,达到了优级柴油的标准要求。同时考察了抽提时间、剂油比、抽提温度等实验条件对催化裂化柴油精制效果的影响。实验表明 ,抽提时间 3min、剂油比 1∶1、抽提温度 30℃效果最佳。精制后的柴油 ,色号由 5 .5下降为 1.0 ,碘值由 2 5 .36 g(I) / 10 0g下降为 2 0 .0 4g(I) / 10 0 g ,实际胶质由 91.6mg/ 10 0mL下降为 5 .6mg/ 10 0mL ,总硫脱除率为 70 .7% ,总氮脱除率为 95 .9% ,十六烷值也由精制前的 37.3升至精制后的 5 0 .0。精制后的催柴 ,氧化安定性得到了显著提高

Abstract:Several extraction solvents was studied to test the effects on FCC diesel.The results show that double-solvent extraction, in which furfural containing metal ion is used as the first extraction solvent and the 95%ethanol is the second,is the best one. The deposit produced during the course of acceleration and oxidation was reduced from 114.56 mg/100 mL to 0.43 mg/100 mL meeting the requirements of premium grade diesel. At the same time, the effects of experiment conditions including extraction time, the ratio of solvent to oil and extraction temperature on the FCC diesel were studied also. The experiments prove that extraction time of 30 min,the ratio of solvent/oil of 1∶1 and extraction temperature of 30 ℃ can get the best results. The color, iodine number and existent gum are reduced from 5.5 to 1.0, from 25.36 g(I)/100 g to 20.04 g(I)/100 g and from 91.6 mg/100 mL to 5.6 mg/100 mL respectively. The total removal of sulfur is 70.7%. The removal rate of nitrogen is 95.9%. Further more, cetane number of diesel is improved from 37.3 to 50.0. The oxidation stability of FCC diesel is improved greatly.
