| Abstract: | A successful project very much relies on the performance of the project manager.This article discusses about the requirement of a qualified project manager in the aspect of ability level,knowledge range,management skills,duty performance as well as what to focus on at different stages of the project： beginning,execution and close-out phase,based on the author＇s own experiences as a project manager during working for a comprehensive power plant project. |
