| 摘 要： | 工程项目的造价管理和控制贯穿于工程项目的全过程,本文指出目前在设计、招投标、施工、竣工各阶段的造价管理和控制中存在的薄弱环节和应引起重视的问题,旨在避免造成铺张浪费或纠纷扯皮,加强工程造价的预控与隐患的预防.
