The Application Analysis of Facility Management in the Commercial Real Estate

In recent years,commercial real estate has the rapid development,format types and diversified operations,compared to that the internal management model has become their the shackles of all-round development.This paper mean to guide and improve the management status of commercial real estate in China by learning the new management model-facility management（FM）,it not only for making the form of operations more international,but also making the philosophy of core management suit to the international standards,and especially expect to establish a healthy industry environment to ensure the commercial real estate has better sustainable development.
