超声法提取甘草蔓籽油的研究

摘    要:采用超声法提取甘草蔓籽油,通过单因素试验和正交试验,以甘草蔓籽油提取率为考察指标,对超声法提取甘草蔓籽油的工艺进行了优化。结果表明:选用石油醚作为萃取溶剂,料液比为1∶8(质量/体积)、超声功率为400W、温度为50℃、超声时间为30min,此条件下甘草蔓籽油的得率达35.37%,为进一步开发甘草蔓籽油提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Using ultrasonic extraction technique of Licorice Vine seeds oil,the ultrasonic extraction technique of fatty oil from Licorice Vine seeds was optimized through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment with the extraction rate of Licorice Vine seeds oil as index.The results were as follows: the extraction solvent as petroleum ether,ratio of liquid to material as 1:8(W/V),ultrasonic operation as 400 W temperature as 50℃ and action time as 30 minutes.The extraction rate reaches 35.37 %,the present study provides a scientific reference for the potential of Licorice Vine oil.
