抱伦金矿通风系统优化研究

摘    要:为了改善井下环境、确保矿井生产安全,通风系统必须保持最佳运行状态。以抱伦金矿矿井通风系统为研究对象,通过对通风系统进行调查与测定,得出该矿通风系统存在矿井总风量不足、采区通风困难、机站风机效率低及采空区漏风严重等问题,井下通风系统运行受到干扰,严重影响了井下安全生产。利用计算机模拟解算优化分析,对该矿通风系统进行优化改造,提出了通风系统优化研究方案。现场实施结果表明:优化后的矿井通风系统通风效果明显改善,矿井总风量明显增加,机站效率为83.1%,风速合格率为87.5%,有效风量率为73.7%,采掘面平均温度为26.3 ℃。该优化方案改善了井下通风条件,解决了抱伦金矿现有通风系统存在的问题。

Abstract:In order to improve the bad mine circumstance and ensure the safety of the mine production,the ventilation system must maintain the best operating status.It takes the ventilation system in Baolun gold mine as the study subject, through the investigation and determination of the ventilation system,the problems existing in the underground ventilation system are as follows: the total air volume is insufficient,poor stope ventilation,low efficiency of the main fan,a large amount of air leakage in the mined area,etc.The underground ventilation system was severely disrupted, which seriously influenced the safety in production.Through computer networks resolving and optimization analysis, the ventilation system is optimized and the optimization scheme is put forward.The results show that the effect of optimized mine ventilation system is obviously enhanced,and the total air volume of mine is obviously increased.The fan station efficiency is 83.1%,the compliance of wind speed is 87.5%,the effective air volume rate is 73.7%,and the average temperature of mining surface is 26.3 ℃.The optimization scheme improves the underground ventilation conditions and solves the existing problems of the ventilation system in Baolun gold mine.
