采煤机低合金高强韧性铸钢截齿的研究

摘    要:以低合金空淬贝氏体铸钢为截齿材料,用“铸焊”代替钎焊生产采煤机铸钢截齿,研究结果表明:铸焊焊缝比钎焊焊缝的抗剪强度高,可达300MPa以上,而且截齿可整体进行热处理,母体材料组织和性能可以得到有效的控制;与锻造截齿相比,铸钢截齿性能优越,生产成本低.

Abstract:Cast steel cutting picks for shearer were produced from low alloy air quenched Bainite material, and flow welding was used instead of braze welding. The results show that the shearing strength of flow weld can reach over 300 MPa and is higher than braze weld. Complete picks can be heat treated. So the material and constitution of the matrix of picks can be effectively controlled. In comparison with the forged picks, cast steel picks have a good performance and low production cost.
