| Abstract: | The influence of the cationic surfactant, n-dodecylamine nitrate, on negative silver iodide sols has been studied in a range of qualitative and quantitative changes in surfactant aqueous solutions (in the neighbourhood of the c.m.c.). Silver iodide was formed and aged from concentration to concentration under different conditions. The role of surfactant in silver iodide formation and aging are discussed. |
