摘    要:通过对MMS200热模拟试验机进行Mn-Nb-Mo和Mn-Nb-Mo-B两种高级别管线试验钢的热膨胀试验和单道次压缩试验,测定了两种试验钢的连续冷却转变动力学曲线(CCT),并研究了硼对不同冷速下的组织转变和动态再结晶的影响.研究结果表明:硼元素的添加扩大了钢的下贝氏体转变区域,降低了贝氏体开始转变温度;Mn-Nb-M...

Abstract:Dilatometry measurements and single-pass compression experiments on both Mn-Nb-Mo and Mn-Nb-Mo-B high grade pipeline steels were performed by MMS 200 thermomechanical simulator.CCT diagrams for the tested steels were determined,and the effect of boron on microstructures with different cooling rates and dynamic recrystallization were investigated.The results show that: the transformation range of lower bainite is enlarged and the start temperature of bainite transformation is lowered by addition of boron.At ...
