| 摘 要： | 温度采集是一种应用极为广泛的模拟量测量系统,其基本任务是将信号送入计算机或相应的信号处理系统,然后根据不同需求进行相应的计算。它在将模拟量采集、转换成数字量后,再经计算机处理得出所需的数据。同时,还可以用计算机将得到的数据进行存储、显示或打印,以实现对某些物理量的监视。本文主要针对陕西汉江药业集团股份有限公司一分厂化学车间,在制药过程中其化学反应罐的温度监测需求。利用局部总线(LocalBus)中的PCI总线传输数据,采用研华科技生产的PCI-9113A数据采集卡,以满足高速数据传输。构成多路温度系统具有结构简单、价格低廉、测量精度高等特点,具有一定的实用性和较高的社会推广价值。
