| Abstract: | The explosion of valve burst disc of a carbon dioxide cylinder happened in a hospital of Tianjin in February 2001.After analysis and calculation,it has been proved that the accidentwas caused by the cylinder overfil in low temperature and the cylinder overpressure in ambient temperature.The problems needing attention are summarized. |
