摘    要:本文建立了带侧线采出的醋酸甲酯催化精馏水解新工艺,通过实验研究了进料中水酯摩尔比、回流进料体积比、空速等对醋酸甲酯水解率的影响。与不带侧线采出的催化精馏工艺进行了比较,在同样工艺条件回流比较大情况下,带侧采的催化精馏水解工艺醋酸甲酯水解率明显提高。
