摘    要:在葡萄酒人工催陈机理的基础上,对山葡萄酒人工催陈的工程设计进行了研究,提出了几种相应的工程设计方案,为进一步的产业化打基础。

Abstract:In this essay, the engineering design about artifical ageing of wild grape wine was studied based on theory of artifical ageing. Meanwhile,several design schemes for next step industrialization were presented.
