一种新型塑料脱漆剂的设计与研究

以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为主溶剂、环己酮为助溶剂,水为稀释剂,氢氧化钠为促进剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为表面活性剂,液体石蜡为封闭剂,设计了一种新型低毒、低挥发性、环境污染小,低成本的塑料脱漆剂。分别研究了溶剂、促进剂配比及表面活性剂含量对脱漆剂脱漆效果的影响,同时研究了液体石蜡对脱漆剂挥发速度的影响。结果表明,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺质量分数为15%,环己酮为3%,水为54%,氢氧化钠为20%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为2%,液体石蜡为6%时,所得脱漆剂效果好,毒性、腐蚀性和挥发性低。
