神经网络DMC在基于FF现场总线的过程控制系统中的应用

摘    要:针对时滞系统的特点和采用动态矩阵控制存在的不足之处,提出利用Mat-lab7.0 OPC工具包实现与定制的OPC服务器间通讯来实现BP神经网络动态矩阵控制方案,充分发挥了FF现场总线易于调度及抗干扰能力强的特点以及BP神经网络动态矩阵控制的控制能力强,响应速度快和比动态矩阵控制更好的控制效果的优势。

Abstract:The paper proposed a dynamic matrix control scheme based on neural networks in FF Fieldbus with the OPC package of Matlab 7.0, which consider the characteristics of time-delay system and the weakness of dynamic matrix control. The method preserves the robustness of FF fieldbus with respect to the disturbances, and it also shows the advantages of dynamic matrix control based on neural networks in FF fieldbus. The control scheme accelerates response speed and performs better than dynamic matrix control.
