摘    要:通过分析找出了承受高冲击载荷 7A04 铝合金薄壁件的开裂原因,提出了其制造工艺应与零件的使用目的相匹配的原则,以及确保零件金属组织的流线方向与所承受冲击载荷方向相互垂直的观点,实现了在不改变零件结构的前提下,显著提高铝合金工件抗冲击能力的效果。

Abstract:The crack cause of 7A04 aluminum alloy thin-walled housing bearing high impact load is found out through analysis, the principle that the manufacturing technology of the part should match with its use purpose and the view that metal flow line should be perpendicular to the impact load direction are put forward. The ability of the aluminum alloy part to bear impact is improved significantly under the premise that the structure of the part doesn't change.
