摘    要:针对分布式电源在配电网中的选址定容问题,提出了一种考虑多元随机因素概率相关性的配电网规划方法。首先,采用Spearman秩相关系数对各随机因素之间的概率相关性进行表征。然后,利用多面体不确定性集合表征的方法将风电出力、光伏出力以及负荷的不确定性分别通过无分布的有界区间来表示。最后结合二阶段动态鲁棒的思想构建了计及需求侧响应的主动配电网规划模型,并采用Benders分解法对规划模型进行求解。本文所提方法的合理性和有效性在基于标准算例的仿真结果中得到了验证。

Abstract:Aims at the problem of siting and sizing of distributed generator in distribution network, a distribution network planning method considering the probability correlation of multiple random factors is proposed. Firstly, the rank correlation coefficient of Spearman is used to characterize the probability correlation between random variables. Then,using the method of polyhedral uncertainty set characterization,the wind power output,photovoltaic output and load uncertainty is represented respectively by non-distributed bounded interval. Finally,the active distribution network planning model considering the demand side response is constructed based on the idea of two-stage dynamic robustness,and the model is solved by Benders decomposition method. The rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the simulation results of standard examples.
