摘    要:加热管内流量的分布对热气机的效率有重要影响,对于不同结构的加热器和回热器中的气体流动情况,使用FLUENT软件进行了三维数值模拟,对不合理的结构进行了改进,并从工艺性方面出发,提出了一种流量分配较均匀的加热器和回热器结构方案,为加热器和回热器的结构改进和生产提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:Mass-flow-distribution inside heater-pipe has important lntluence on the efficiency of Stiring engine, for various structural combinations of heater and regenerator, 3D simulation via FLUENT software is carried out for flow conditions inside them, which is helpful to modify former unreasonable design. In addition, an optimum structural scheme is purposed on the consideration of technology. This research offers important theoretical foundation for structure improvement and production of heater and regenerator.
