微机型继电保护测试仪功率放大电路的设计与制作

摘    要:阐述了微机型继电保护测试仪中功率放大电路的设计工作原理,给出了制作功放PCB板的设计要求。对电压和电流两种放大电路进行了仿真分析。深入探讨了MOSFET管和线性功率放大器的限流保护和温度保护电路。对所设计的应用电路板测试表明,采用该设计的功率放大电路具有精度高、线性度好、性能稳定等优点。

Abstract:In this paper,it presents that the principles on power anmplifying circuit in a microcomputer-based protective relay test device,and shows the making requirement of the PCB.Two circuit are simulated,including voltage and current amplifier.The limiting current protection and temperature protection of MOSFET and linear power amplifier is the emphasis of discussion.Tests for the applied PCB show that the aims of high precision,good linearity,excellent stability are finally achieved.
