| 摘 要： | 本文对某锅炉减温器进出水管两个部位的开裂进行了检测分析，认为开裂的原因是进出水管与减温器集箱内部构件焊接形成近乎刚性的结构，因升温产生的膨胀受到约束，过大的温差应力导致产生过量的变形及开裂。
