| Abstract: | The assertion of this paper is that the insensitivity of predicted repository performance to P-T efforts arises primarily due to the concentration-based measure for repository performance, and due to over-simplification in repository performance models. A mass-based performance assessment model and measures are proposed. Sensitivity of the mass-based measure is demonstrated by numerical results for Np-237. |
