电厂中继泵大型异步电动机变频调速研究

摘    要:通过分析电厂中继泵在运行中存在的主要问题,将中继泵大型异步电动机采用变频调速装置,不仅可以减小电动机的起动电流和起动次数,避免频繁起动烧毁电机、开关的情况发生,而且可以用调转速来控制流量,降低轴功率,达到显著节能的目的。

Abstract:Analysis of the central problem of how to run the relaying pumps large asynchronism electromotor in the power plant showes that by frequency conversion, the start-up electrical current and frequency of the asynchronism electromotor will be reduced, the electromotor and switch will be protected against burnout , the flow of water can be controlled, the shaft power will be reduced, the purpose of avoiding waster or reducing expenditures will be achieved.
