| 摘 要： | 本文用SAP 5结构分析程序对胜利1300马力三缸单作用钻井泵壳体进行了四种结构尺寸的有限元强度和刚度计算,同时与电测法作了比较。给出了壳体各部位的应力和位移的分布规律,选取了合理的壳体结构尺寸。

| Abstract: | Three dimensional finite element calculation for the strength and rigidity of a single action triplex 1300HP drilling pump casing of four different structural designs is made by means of SAP5 program, and the calculated results are compared with those obtained from strain gauge method. By the distribution pattern of stress and displacement of the casing obained, the rational configuration and dimensions of the pump casing are determined. |
