基于全寿命周期的BOO项目合同体系管理研究

从合同签订阶段、合同类别及项目利益相关者间的委托代理关系三个角度展开分析,构建基于全寿命周期的BOO项目合同体系。在此基础上,构建BOO合同体系管理信息库,通过借助合同信息管理软件对基于全寿命周期的BOO合同体系进行动态跟踪管理,旨在协调各合同间的传导关系,实现BOO项目的多赢。

Research on Management of BOO Project Contract System Based on Full Life Cycle

This paper establishes the BOO project contract system based on full life cycle by analyzing the contract’s type,the contract signing stage and the relationship of principal-agent among stakeholders in the project. On this basis,establishes the management information base for BOO project contract system, dynamically tracks and manages the BOO contract system based on full life cycle with the help of the software of contract information management,which is aimed to coordinate the relationship among the contracts and achieve the win-win situation of the BOO project.
