| 摘 要： | 立足于知识管理视角,根据代建工作的内容和特点,在现有项目管理知识体系的基础上,从项目阶段、知识领域和组织层级三个维度,对代建单位所需的工程管理知识进行分类,通过分析知识体系的内部结构,构建三维知识结构图,并提出代建单位知识体系的系统模型,为代建单位更好地进行知识管理提供借鉴与参考。

Research on the Knowledge System of Construction Agency Based on the Perspective of Knowledge Management |

| Abstract: | Based on the knowledge management perspective,according to the work contents and features,the paper classifies the project management knowledge required by the construction agency through three dimensions including the project phases,knowledge areas and organizational levels on the basis of the existing knowledge systems of project management,builds the three-dimensional knowledge structure by analyzing the internal structure of the knowledge system,and proposes the knowledge system model of the construction agency, provides reference for the construction agency to improve the knowledge management work. |
