DEA溶液吸收/再生CO2的研究

摘    要:化学溶液法脱除CO2是工业中一项传统的净化气体的方法。DEA是目前回收烟道气中低浓度CO2所使用的最主要试剂,本实验进行DEA吸收CO2的实验,掌握了溶液pH值与CO2浓度变化的情况,并用这一方法进行测定CO2浓度的研究。通过考察溶液的再生情况,了解再生温度对溶液再生效果的影响。

Abstract:The scrubbing of CO_2 by solvent is a traditional process for gas purification. DEA is currently the primary reagent for the recovery of low-concentration CO_2 of fuel. In this paper, we performed experiments of CO_2 absorption by DEA, received the corresponding relationships between the pH value of solvent and the concentration of CO_2, and investigated the determination of CO_2 concentration by means of this method. We also studied the regeneration of solvent and probed into the influence of temperature on the effect during regeneration.
