摘    要:在分析气控带式刹车工作原理的基础上,建立了刹车的数学模型,并对刹车的制动特性做了试验研究。对所建立的数学模型进行了辨识,并利用AMESim软件对所辨识的模型做了仿真分析。试验和仿真结果表明,所建立的气控带式刹车数学模型正确,刹车的制动特性表现为:加压阶段和泄压阶段均存在压力滞后现象,而泄压比加压的滞后时间要长;加压过程是一个非线性化的过程,给定固定加压值时,制动压力增加的速度先快后慢形成一个短暂的压力平稳过程,最后缓慢达到目标压力值。

Abstract:The mathematic model of brake was established on the basis of analyzing the operating principle of pneumatic band brake.The experimental study of the braking characteristics of the brake was conducted.The mathematic model established was identified.The AMESim software was adopted to conduct a simulation analysis of the model identified.The experiment and simulation show that the mathematic model of pneumatic band brake is correct.The braking characteristics of the brake are as follows.There exists pressure hysteresis at the stages of pressurization and depressurization.The time lag for depressurization pressure is longer than that of pressurization.The process of pressurization is a nonlinear one.When the fixed pressurization value is given,the speed for braking pressure increase is fast first and then becomes slow to form a transient pressure balance and finally to reach the target pressure value slowly.
