Analysis for the risk management of the general contract of EPC

In recent years,more and more contractors tend to use EPC to make a contract for the large-scale projects,comparing with the traditional contract;the general contractor should be responsible of more risk during the construction of the EPC project.This paper discusses the risk of EPC and the management measure,through analysis of the characteristics of EPC and risk administration.
