摘    要:在对井架偏斜原因进行工程地质分析基础上,采用ANSYS有限元方法模拟预测井架斜腿基础不同沉降情况下井架及订杆件的应力,变形及强度变化规律,提出采用壁后注浆微型钢管混凝土桩进行地基处理的方法及工艺,在数值模拟预测及现场安全监控指导下,介绍对井架实施可控纠偏的方法。

Abstract:Based on the engineering geological analysis of the shaft frame inclination causes,ANSYS finite element method was used to simulate and forcast the stress,deformation and strength variation law of the shaft frame and main supporters under various subsidence conditions of the inclined leg foundation.It was suggested to use the method and technology of wall back grouting and steel cement pipe reinforced concrete piles for the foundation treatment.The execution of the controlled inclination rectification of shaft frame under the guidance of numerical simulated forcast and on site safety monitoring is described.
