基于GPRS双链接的用电信息采集与配网监测系统

目前,用电信息采集系统由用电信息采集主站和用电信息采集终端组成,配网监测系统由配网监测主站和配网监测终端组成,2套系统相互独立,电力设备资源使用率低。文章介绍了基于GPRS双链接技术的用电信息采集和配网监测系统,升级原用电信息采集终端,升级后的采集终端GPRS模块采用有方M590,支持GPRS双链接功能,同时新增配电监测所需数据功能。新型用电信息采集终端通过GPRS双链接分别与用电信息采集主站和配网监测主站进行数据交互,互不影响。该系统无需安装专门的配网监测终端,有效地利用了资源,降低了配网监测运行成本。

Design of Power-expenditure Information and Distribution Network Monitoring System Based on Dual GPRS Links

At present, the power-expenditure information system consists of its power-expenditure information acquisition main stations and acquisition devices, and that the distribution network monitoring system consists of its monitoring main stations and monitoring devices. The independent two systems make low utilization rates of power devices. This paper introduces a power-expenditure information acquisition and distribution network monitoring system using the dual GPRS links, which updates the power-expenditure information acquisition terminals by equipped with the M590 GPRS module that supporting dual GPRS links and distribution network monitoring data collection. The new terminals collect power-expenditure information and distribution network information from power-expenditure information acquisition main stations and distribution network monitoring main stations respectively through the dual GPRS links with free interferences. Without extra distribution network monitoring terminals, the system can efficiently use resources and reduce costs of distribution network monitoring.
