淀粉替代剂在瓦楞纸表面施胶中的应用研究

摘    要:将无机盐、无机矿物纤维2种淀粉替代剂分别应用于瓦楞原纸表面施胶,研究了淀粉-无机盐、淀粉-无机矿物纤维表面施胶对瓦楞纸应用性能的影响;探讨了无机盐及无机矿物纤维的不同替代量对施胶后纸样环压、耐破强度性能的影响,并对纸样进行了扫描电镜分析,对施胶成本进行了探讨.

Abstract:In this study, the inorganic salt and inorganic mineral fiber were applied to corrugated paper surface sizing as starch substitution agents. The effects of starch-inorganic salt and starch-inorganic mineral fiber surface sizing on the application performance of corrugated paper were studied. The influences of different substitution ratio of inorganic salt and inorganic mineral fiber on ring crush and burst strength performance of corrugated paper after surface sizing were discussed. The paper was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy. And the corresponding surface sizing costs were investigated.
