摘    要:水轮机尾水管受泥沙磨损及空蚀作用导致破坏的现象经常发生,为此,试验研究抗磨蚀方法很有必要。通过对尾水管表面喷涂方法进行抗磨蚀材料的比较研究,选择出高硬度、高结合强度及低孔隙率的涂层材料进行实际应用,取得较好的效果。

Abstract:The heavy damage of silt erosion and cavitation is the most serious problem to hydraulic machinery operating on silty rivers.Surface spraying is an active protective method. The simulated tests of thermal spraying were made to choose the coating powders with high resistance to silt erosion and cavitation. The best coating material chosen from tests are successfully applied to the passing surface of turbine tailrace pipe.
