基于学习型文化的企业竞争模式

摘    要:
论述了以知识为基础的企业竞争战略理念,构建了基于学习型文化的企业竞争模式。提出了在企业中构建学习型文化,可以通过确立企业共同愿景、创建多元化的学习平台、营造知识共享氛围、建立以学习为导向的员工激励机制,不断地进行知识积累与更新,以智力资本驱动企业竞争力的发展。

Abstract:
The idea of knowledge - based competition strategy is discussed and a competition pattern based on learning culture is established. The enterprise learning cttlture can be well constructed by a common vision, the pluralism of learning platform, a knowledge sharing atmosphere and a learning - oriented incentive mechanism. With the accumulation and renewal of knowledge, the enterprise competence can be improved by the intelligence capital.
