摘    要:针对超声波在防除垢对换热器场协同的影响,采用FLUENT软件中的两相流模型、空化模型和标准k-ε的湍流模型,获得流场压强随时间步长的变化规律——流场波动呈类似正弦波波动.引入空化数的概念;利用π定理推导雷诺数和空化数的函数关系——雷诺数与空化数呈幂函数关系,雷诺数随着空化数的增加而减小;根据场协同原理,表示出空化数和场...

Abstract:Considering the ultrasonic descaling' s influence on field synergy, a two-phase flow model, alias the cavitation model and standard κ = ε turbulence model in Fluent software was employed to obtain a flow field pressure trend with time step, i.e. the flow field wave fluctuates similarly to the sine wave; the cavitation number concept was introduced and the functioal relationship between Reynolds number and cavitation number deduced with π theorem shows that the Reynolds number and cavitation number present a power function relationship, and Reynolds number decreases with the increase of cavitation number; according to field synergy theory, the functional relationship π between field synergy number and cavitation number can be indicated, and it shows that the Reynolds number decreases with the increase of cavitation number.
