虚拟仪器技术在齿形误差检测系统中的应用

摘    要:以可视化语言VB为平台,以传统的齿轮误差检测仪为基础,以计算机为核心利用虚拟仪器技术开发了齿轮齿形误差检测虚拟仪器系统,它具有良好的可维护性,开放性和可扩展性,在保证齿轮精度要求下,大大提高了齿轮误差检测的效率,对今后其它齿轮误差检测系统的开发具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Using visual programme language as a platform, based on traditional gear error detector and virtual machine technology, the gear tooth error testing virtual instrument system has been developed. It has a good maintainability, openness and scalability. Ensuring the accuracy of the request of gear, it has greatly enhanced the efficiency of gear error testing, and it's valuable for the development of other gear error testing system in the future.
